Our time on site, in the heart of Manchester City Centre, has come to a close – the ten storey, multi-functional development has been handed over to the builder having now been completed.
The 190,000ft2 building, also known as the XYZ Building, is just another major project we have delivered, demonstrating our commitment to close engagement with clients and a clear understanding of their requirements.
With talk of XYZ being ‘one of the most exciting work spaces Manchester has ever seen’, and all offices having been fully let a year before opening, SBE have been part of the next phase of Spinningfields’ evolution.
